lœrn is a flashcard app for creating and studying your own content. Build decks for school, university, languages, exam prep, or anything else you want to remember, then study with active recall at your own pace.
You decide what belongs in your decks and which tools help you create them.
AI can help. It does not have to live inside the app.
Generative AI can be excellent at turning notes into learning material. lœrn deliberately keeps that service separate from the flashcard app itself.
You can use ChatGPT or another AI tool you prefer to generate flashcards, then import that material into lœrn. This means lœrn does not need to operate an AI backend or carry recurring AI-service costs of its own.
The benefit is practical: use AI when it helps, choose the provider yourself, and keep lœrn focused on storing, organizing, and studying your learning material.
